Terms of Use
Last updated: 8 October 2026
By using Khadem, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Purpose
Khadem is an app connecting workers and companies in Morocco. We provide the platform, not an employment contract between the parties.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for keeping your credentials confidential.
3. Acceptable use
Posting fake offers, illegal, misleading or discriminatory content, and harassing other users is prohibited.
4. Content
You remain the owner of your content. You grant us the right to display it as part of the matching service.
5. Company subscription
The app is free for workers. Companies can subscribe to Khadem Pro, a monthly plan that unlocks unlimited job listings and access to all talents. The price is shown in the app before any purchase.
The subscription is sold and billed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, depending on the device used. Payment is charged to the Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Khadem never receives or stores any bank details.
The subscription renews automatically every month at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the period.
The subscription can be managed and cancelled at any time in the Apple account settings (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions) or in the Google Play app (Payments and subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Refund requests are governed by the App Store or Google Play policy. When the app is used on an Apple device, Apple’s standard licence agreement applies in addition to these terms.
6. Liability
Khadem facilitates connections but does not guarantee hiring or any outcome. We are not a party to the employment relationships formed via the app.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. For any question: [email protected].
